Heat guns HyStream 200 and HyStream 2100
The new heat guns HyStream 200 and HyStream 2100 are 100 % Trotec in terms of development, design and production and are exclusively available only from us. They are both characterized by their practice-optimized German industrial design and TÜV-tested safety.
Being a robust heat tool, the HyStream 200 is the convincing solution for passionate do-it-yourselfers due to its easy handling. The HyStream 2100 serves as the perfect heat tool for professionals thanks to the electronically controlled hot air blower and the high operating comfort.
With a power input of 2,000 W the HyStream 200 and HyStream 2100 allow for a wide range of applications including soldering, glueing, paint removal, deforming plastics, shrinking foils or drying varnish. Moreover, the heat tools' design with a perfectly balanced centre of gravity and a large footprint permits a tilt-proof stationary operation.
This way you can hold workpieces over the hot air current with both hands – a particular advantage when carefully deforming plastic components. The hot air blower of both tools is electronically controlled and so guarantees a constant operating temperature of the tool in continuous operation.
HyStream 200 and HyStream 2100 – well equipped for manifold applications
The HyStream 200 comes equipped with a two-stage combination switch for a combined regulation of the hot air temperature and air flow rate. Set to stage 1, a hot air current of 350 °C blows out of the device with 300 litres per minute and stage 2 increases this performance to 550 °C and 500 l/min. This way the HyStream 200 can be adapted to almost every application. With a low weight of only 600 g even a longer use of this hot air unit is practically effortless, and the pistol-shaped ergonomic design ensures comfortable working as well as a secure hold.
The HyStream 2100 has various comfortable and professional setting options allowing you to configure the unit ideally for every application. For example, the hot air temperature can be set within a range between 50 °C and 650 °C in increments of 10 degrees at the push of a button. Also, the air flow rate can be regulated by 5 steps ranging between 250 and 500 litres per minute. Besides the 60 hot air stages for high temperatures of up to 650 °C, the heat gun HyStream 2100 is further provided with a cold setting of 50 °C for quickly cooling the material to be processed or to exchange the attachment nozzle.
Thanks to the colour LCD at the rear of the tool, you can always keep an eye on the current temperature and air volume values. The colour changes when the selected temperature value has been reached – green indicates the heating phase and red confirms that the temperature has been reached. The HyStream 2100 only weighs 800 g and thus allows for longer applications without tiring. Its ergonomic pistol-shaped design with soft grip and protective bar ensures comfortable working and a secure hold.

Using the barbecue lighter nozzle, the charcoal will be red-hot and ready for use in only a few minutes.
A wide-angle nozzle ensures a steady and extensive distribution of air, ideal for the large-scale burn-off of old coats of paint or else to evenly dry putty.
A diversion nozzle protects heat-sensitive materials from overheating by deflecting the heat beam. Ideal for removing old coats of paint and window putty or other restoration work.
The reducing nozzle concentrates the radiated heat for work requiring pinpoint accuracy, e.g. to remove paint out of corners or for welding work.
